Coming to therapy is an important step to finding support and new perspectives when what you’ve tried isn’t working. Together we can discover what might be getting in your way and try something new. I can support you to challenge an old habit, learn new skills, process the past, face fears and build a helpful mindset.

While many of us approach self-improvement by trying to fix and perfect, I can support you to accept whoever you are at any given moment while striving to live a life in sync with what matters to you. For some that’s spiritual or religious. For others that’s about creative expression, authenticity, connection, or striving for justice in our world. Your values are unique to you, your life and experiences. I can help support you to clarify them and make steps to living authentically and meaningfully, even when things are imperfect.

I can support you to overcome patterns that make you feel stuck, learn to face your fears and practice new ways to care for yourself.
